STORE POLICY
As of May 1, 2026 we will only offer store credit for returns. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your purchase. All items must be returned unworn + tagged in its original condition. Please note that The Lenox Gypsy is not responsible for return shipping for returns or exchanges.
ALL sale + discounted items are FINAL SALE. We will not offer any returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the item. After 3 days, we cannot compensate or replace any damaged merchandise. The Lenox Gypsy is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or broken after they have been worn or used.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met. To process your return online, email lenoxgypsy2026@gmail.com with your order number and information. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Lenox Gypsy will not assume responsibility for any items damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment. All claims on lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed with the customers UPS or USPS.
