Returns
STORE POLICY
We will gladly accept returns for all unworn, tagged merchandise in its original condition within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. Items eligible for return must be unworn, tagged and in their original condition accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met + a shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item(s) back to you. To process your return online, email shop@thelenoxgypsy.com with your order number and information. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
ALL sale + discounted items are FINAL SALE. We will not offer any returns or exchanges on any and all sale items. The Lenox Gypsy is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or broken after they have been worn or used. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there is anything wrong with the item. After 3 days, we cannot compensate or replace for any damaged merchandise.
The Lenox Gypsy will not assume responsibility for any items damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment. All claims on lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed with the customers UPS or USPS.
